Return/Exchange Policy

14 day refund/exchange, with original receipt. All items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. All items marked  “Final Sale”, “Discontinued”, “Clearance”, or “No 10%” are unreturnable.

Please note, all seasonal items are final sale, this includes the following items;

Tomato season related items

Holiday products both grocery and houseware

Canning/Jarring related houseware items

Food processing machines

All returns/exchanges are subject to manager approval, certain items maybe be denied eligiliblity to be returned if found to be used, broken or missing parts. 

Please note, if you are not satisfied with your fresh or frozen seafood purchase please call us within 48 hours of purchase . Fresh/frozen seafood returns must be accompied with, an original receipt, item packaging, and remaining weight of the product.
